Hello! My name is Larissa Codr, I reside in Omaha, Nebraska with my husband and two young energetic boys. I am lucky enough to love what I do and that is helping people find success and realize their dreams. The vehicle to that success was introduced to me almost a decade ago while my sister was working for a company called Heartland Payment Systems. I had recently graduated with my BS in marketing and was looking for a new challenge. Heartland was a publicly traded company that had just announced one of the largest security breaches in U.S. history (read more about this on my Data Security page). It was then that I decided to try my hand at 100% commission sales in an industry I knew nothing about, for a company that was on the verge of tremendous loss. I dove in head first and began to work day and night studying all things payment processing. I was determined to be the local expert as I diligently built a book of business, many customers who are still with me to this day. The first couple of years was incredibly challenging but I was determined to prove my abilities by serving my clients with the best possible customer service and a value they couldn’t find elsewhere. I built my business based on integrity and was lucky enough to expand my portfolio to clients throughout the state and eventually, the Midwest region. Two years ago I was given the opportunity to step out of the sales role and into a leadership position, overseeing the sales team for Nebraska…which at the time was only 1 person! Throughout the past two years I have worked hard to build a team of professional career minded individuals who have the same passion as I do, helping small and medium sized businesses navigate through an industry that has a less than stellar reputation. We strive to educate and consult in a payments world full of scams and clear the smoke so our clients can have the confidence that they are being taken care of in the best way possible. We take our careers seriously and are truly grateful for the opportunities to serve our customers.

We are different! All of our reps are full-time, W-2 employees who take their careers very seriously. We strive to provide the highest level of customer service and have “skin in the game” when it comes to supporting your business. Our reps are paid servicing residuals in order to make sure that your needs are met and you stay a happy customer. If you are unhappy, we are unhappy and that’s no fun for anyone! Many outside sales representatives in our industry are 1099 agents or brokers representing dishonest companies. They often represent multiple companies and don’t necessarily look out for your best interest, just what’s best for their pocketbook. Heartland founded the “Merchant Bill Of Rights” as well as the “Salesperson Bill Of Rights” to ensure that we are as honest and transparent as possible. it’s a WIN-WIN situation and I can promise you will receive the most thoughful approach to an industry that doesn’t necessarily have a reputation for having trustworthy practices.
